King beds in 4 bedrooms and Twin XL beds in the 5th. Each showcases what makes Portland unique: stunning roses, 12 iconic bridges, nearby forests, bicycle-focused transportation, and TV show Portlandia. Only a quick 10 min. drive to trendy Division or Hawthorne areas and 15 min. to downtown or the airport.

Lots of space for your group! Two living rooms plus a dining room that will easily seat 10. Enjoy a conversation with friends and family in one space, play a game from the stocked game cabinet in another, or watch something on the huge 65” Smart 4k TV. Log into your streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc.) or cast from your device to the TV with Chromecast or Apple AirPlay. One of the bedrooms has a second TV in case your group can’t agree on what to watch or you want to keep the kids occupied on their own. Need to catch up on work while you’re away? 4 of the 5 bedrooms have desks to help you focus and get through your tasks efficiently. Plentiful free street parking available with easy access to main roads will quickly get you to all that Portland and the surrounding area have to offer. Near bus routes for local trips or MAX light rail is 1.2 miles (10 minute bus ride) away for longer trips. The use of public transportation is encouraged. House Rules

This is NOT a party listing. Gatherings, get togethers, or events in the home or outdoor space with people outside of registered guests require permission. Quiet hours last from 10pm to 8am daily. At all times, please be respectful of our neighbors and refrain from excessive noise, especially when using the outdoor spaces. Please be aware of noise levels when coming or going from the home late at night. Smoking/vaping (of anything) is not allowed inside the home or in the outdoor spaces. Smoke on the sidewalk if needed. A fine of $1000 will be charged for smoke smell or evidence of smoking/vaping and you will be responsible for canceled bookings due to smoke mitigation. Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance and often is not available due to back-to-back bookings. If you or your belongings remain past your check-out time, a fee equal to the listing base rate will apply. This charge does not award you possession for an additional night – you still must vacate immediately. Due to party risk, local guests (within 50 miles) must disclose at time of booking and share details of why the rental is being booked. The person who booked the reservation must be present at check in and must stay for the duration of the reservation. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Pets and Emotional Support Animals are not allowed in the home or outdoor spaces. If evidence of a pet is found, a fee of $500 will be charged, the pet must be removed immediately, and the reservation may be canceled. Commercial meetings and commercial photo/video shoots are not allowed, per city regulations. Violation will result in a $1000 fine and immediate removal from the home. Leaving the home excessively dirty will result in a higher cleaning fee. For reservations 2 weeks and longer, a cleaning will be required every 7-10 days charged at the posted cleaning fee rate. No packages or mail are to be delivered to the home. A stay does not qualify as residency. If our cancellation policy does not provide the flexibility required, appropriate travel insurance is highly recommended. Shifting reservation dates to attempt to circumvent the cancellation policy will not be accepted. In order to minimize the prospect of lingering odors for future guests, please always use the hood fan when cooking and avoid deep frying. Street parking is free. Do not park in or block driveways. If guests identify an issue with the property, hosts or their delegates are authorized to enter the property to resolve the issue. Violation of house rules are grounds for removal from the property without refund.

Only a 10 minutes drive to trendy Division and Hawthorne neighborhoods or a 20 minute drive to downtown or the airport. Easy access to freeways to explore wine country, Colombia Gorge, the Cascade Mountains or the Coast.

Guest Access

You'll have access to the entire home with the exception of the basement, which will be locked. There is a private, fenced side yard with seating for your entire group.

Peter’s place was top 3 of the Airbnbs I’ve stayed at - ever (in over a decade). Peter was proactive, welcoming, responsive and helpful. Instructions were clear and easy to find/follow. The house was amazing - spacious, warm and modern, clean, and thoughtful. It’s often the small things that make the difference - the things you hope to not even notice: nice linens and towels, finding what you need in the kitchen, comfortable beds, AC working perfectly (record heat during our stay), spaces for groups like a large dining table and bench on the large porch. I loved having multiple bedrooms that were all equally amazing and comfortable - vs feeling like we needed to essentially draw straws for the best room. We were a smaller group (3 adults, a 6-year-old, and an infant) - everyone had what they needed in terms of space to come together as a group and individual space as needed. Peter recommended a baby equipment rental company and we ended up using that - it was easy and seamless.

Booked last minute and was amazed at how quickly everything was confirmed. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming from the start. The home was clean, comfortable, and just as described—perfect for a relaxing stay. Great location and thoughtful touches throughout. Definitely recommend this spot and would happily stay again!

From the very first night of booking, Peter was very responsive and helpful. His home is spacious, comfortable, and beautiful, with lots of Portland touches. It has been remodeled with superb craftsmanship! Plenty of soft towels, & very comfortable beds for a great night’s sleep. We had so much room, yet spaces felt cozy. We walked the neighborhood at night, & found it interesting and friendly, yet peaceful & quiet. We always felt very safe. I would highly recommend Peter’s home to anyone looking for a welcoming home near Portland!

The house was a perfect stay for us and extended family. Beds, linens super comfortable, rooms were good size. Additional living space upstairs. Bonus to have washer/dryer. Attention to detail throughout. Beautiful well appointed kitchen, bedrooms, baths including clawfoot tub. Parking on street was no problem. Short drive to great coffee, restaurants and Reed College. Seven of us spanning ages 20 to 86 and everyone was very happy with the house. Peter was responsive and ensured we had a great stay. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely, spacious home. The house is incredibly comfortable, with cozy beds, high end linens, and fluffy towels that made us feel right at home. The kitchen is beautifully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is convenient -close to grocery stores, excellent bagel shops, and just 20 minutes from the airport. Parking right in front of the house every night was a -breeze. The interior is exquisite, with thoughtful touches throughout. Truly a five-star experience. We would absolutely stay here again!

This might have been my favorite Airbnb stay yet. Peter's house was spacious and comfortable. Every single room had comfy beds and were perfectly designed. I would have been happy sleeping in any of them. It was the perfect place to gather with extended family. There was plenty of room for our 3-generation girls trip. From morning coffee and pre-school send off, to big family dinner and game night, this house was perfect and felt just like home.

The house is spacious and beautiful. Well appointed. Great location. Super clean. The only complaint is barking dog across the street that wakes you up in the morning and barks all day.
