Peter’s place is my new absolute favorite when visiting Portland …which I do often as my daughter lives here. It was just perfect for my mother and myself. The split bedroom provides ample privacy, the sliding glass door and patio bring nature into the space making it feel light, bright and airy. The bedding and beds were super comfortable and the desk area and reliable internet made working a breeze. When I requested a same day early check in, Peter was prompt to grant my request In addition to all of the superior amenities & experience, the price is extremely reasonable. GREAT value!! I will try to always stay at Peter’s place when I’m in town.

Peter's place was the perfect house for our large family gathering. With a large bed in every room, everyone was comfortable. All the furnishings and amenities are top shelf, making for a fun, easy and enjoyable vacation stay. Convenient to Reed College and close to several different neighborhoods for dining. Would recommend highly, and would stay again! Thanks Peter!

Great place! We stayed for a long time and it was just awesome. No problems and no issues at all. Peter is a great host and he is also very helpful. Overall it was a great experience and I highly suggest to anyone who wants a clean, neat and organized place in Portland.

We had a lovely stay at this house - it was a perfect space for our family! It was clean, nicely renovated, and had all the amenities we needed. This is my second stay with Peter. My first stay at a different location was perfect, so I figured this other place would be equally as amazing. I was right! Peter is a great host, responsive, clear instructions, very communicative. The place itself is modern, clean, has everything with all these upgraded details ie. chocolates on bed, brita water filter, heater in bathroom, outdoor space. Very walkable neighborhood - coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and park nearby, parking no problem. It was great for 2 adults in separate rooms, but it was equally an awesome spot for my family of 4 with 2 small kids as I did at Peter's other place in the next building over. Highly recommend, would definitely stay again and try his other properties too!

I cannot say enough about Peter and his lovely property. Peter was incredibly responsive and helpful. The property was perfect for our family - great shared space for us to gather, with plenty of individual areas. The bedrooms were spacious and well appointed. The kitchen was amazing. And the property is located in a charming area with lots of coffee shops and restaurants. It was easy to get to other areas of the city. I would absolutely stay here again, and I highly recommend Peter as a host.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very clean and nicely decorated, had good quality appliances, very comfortable beds, and a nice layout. The location is exceptional. Walkable to good food and coffee, and an easy drive to downtown. Peter was friendly and responsive and gave good recommendations. We would absolutely stay here again!

Good location and community! The house provides everything we need! Peter is really nice especially when I ask for new pans to cook and he immediately booked new ones for me! We all had wonderful sleeps during this journey ! Love it !

Had a great stay at Peter's. The location is excellent both in terms of great restaurants to walk to, but also appreciated how quickly you can pop on I-405 to get downtown or out of town. The house worked great for our medium sized group, everyone had plenty of privacy. Very modern feeling and clean. Peter was quick to respond to one request I had. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at Peter’s house. It was perfectly located to walk to many great restaurants and shops. Beautifully decorated in a pleasant and comfortable bohemian style. It has two kitchens, two living rooms and bathrooms on every level, which made it perfect for our group of 3 adult couples. The place was very clean with lots of personal touches. 10 out of 10! Highly recommend!
