The main floor also has a bedroom with king bed, half bath, a expansive desk area with display for your laptop, and a back deck looking onto the small yard. The second floor includes a primary suite with king bed, 65” 4k Smart TV, and attached spa-like bathroom with two sinks and large shower; another king bedroom with huge windows, balcony, 55” 4k Smart TV, and walk in closet; a bedroom with 2 twin XL beds (long enough for adults); bathroom with 2 sinks and a tub/shower; and the laundry room. This home shares a wall with the neighbor, in what is one of Portland's common housing styles — “attached single family home”. There is an apartment in the basement, but it has its own private entrance and there are no shared spaces. Please be respectful of noise and running on stairs as the sound may transfer.
