This is NOT a party listing. Gatherings, get togethers, or events in the home or outdoor space with people outside of registered guests require permission. Due to party risk, local guests (within 60 miles) must disclose at time of booking and share details of why the rental is being booked. Quiet hours last from 10pm to 8am daily. At all times, please be respectful of our neighbors and refrain from excessive noise, especially when using the outdoor spaces. Smoking/vaping (of anything) is not allowed inside the home or in the outdoor spaces. Smoke on the sidewalk if needed. A fine of $1000 will be charged for smoke smell or evidence of smoking/vaping and you will be responsible for canceled bookings due to smoke mitigation. Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance and often is not available due to back-to-back bookings. If you or your belongings remain past your check-out time, a fee equal to the listing base rate will apply. This charge does not award you possession for an additional night – you still must vacate immediately. The person who booked the reservation must be present at check in and must stay for the duration of the reservation. Only registered or approved guests are allowed to stay overnight. Pets and Emotional Support Animals are not allowed in the home or outdoor spaces. If evidence of a pet is found, a fee of $500 will be charged, the pet must be removed immediately, and the reservation may be canceled. The City of Portland requires hosts to keep a guest log with full names and home addresses for all guests. By booking this listing, you agree to provide this at least 48 hours prior to check-in. Failure to do so may result in delayed check-in or a cancellation of the reservation without refund. If guests identify an issue with the property, hosts or their delegates are authorized to enter the property to resolve the issue. Violation of house rules are grounds for removal from the property without refund.

I can't say enough good things about this space. My boyfriend and I stayed here for over a week while I recovered from surgery, and it was just absolutely perfect. It was spotless, and the attention to detail was really appreciated. Peter left fresh towels in each room with some chocolate which was a really nice and welcoming touch. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook which was really helpful for recovering from abdominal surgery since my diet was very limited. My boyfriend did venture out to some local food places which he was excited about. The location was very walkable and we were able to get around really easily. The bathroom has great water pressure. The washer and dryer came in handy and we appreciate that Peter provided detergent. The beds and pillows were really comfy too. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future!

Our stay here was amazing. The Airbnb was very spacious and it was in a perfect location. Peter was an amazing host and was available to answer any of our questions as well as provide recommendations for activities and food in the area.
