House Rules

This is NOT a party listing. Gatherings, get togethers, or events in the home or outdoor space with people outside of registered guests require permission. Due to party risk, local guests (within 60 miles) must disclose at time of booking and share details of why the rental is being booked. Quiet hours last from 10pm to 8am daily. At all times, please be respectful of our neighbors and refrain from excessive noise, especially when using the outdoor spaces. Smoking/vaping (of anything) is not allowed inside the home or in the outdoor spaces. Smoke on the sidewalk if needed. A fine of $1000 will be charged for smoke smell or evidence of smoking/vaping and you will be responsible for canceled bookings due to smoke mitigation. Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance and often is not available due to back-to-back bookings. If you or your belongings remain past your check-out time, a fee equal to the listing base rate will apply. This charge does not award you possession for an additional night – you still must vacate immediately. The person who booked the reservation must be present at check in and must stay for the duration of the reservation. Only registered or approved guests are allowed to stay overnight. Pets and Emotional Support Animals are not allowed in the home or outdoor spaces. If evidence of a pet is found, a fee of $500 will be charged, the pet must be removed immediately, and the reservation may be canceled. If guests identify an issue with the property, hosts or their delegates are authorized to enter the property to resolve the issue. Violation of house rules are grounds for removal from the property without refund.

You are perfectly positioned to eat at some of Portland’s best restaurants and food carts, hang out at trendy bars, browse through eclectic boutiques, get a local beer at a nearby brewery, and stroll along beautiful, tree-lined streets; or if you want to stay in, take advantage of the fully-outfitted kitchen with two grocery stores just blocks away, or take-out that can be at your door in minutes.

Peter’s place is my new absolute favorite when visiting Portland …which I do often as my daughter lives here. It was just perfect for my mother and myself. The split bedroom provides ample privacy, the sliding glass door and patio bring nature into the space making it feel light, bright and airy. The bedding and beds were super comfortable and the desk area and reliable internet made working a breeze. When I requested a same day early check in, Peter was prompt to grant my request In addition to all of the superior amenities & experience, the price is extremely reasonable. GREAT value!! I will try to always stay at Peter’s place when I’m in town.

This is my second stay with Peter. My first stay at a different location was perfect, so I figured this other place would be equally as amazing. I was right! Peter is a great host, responsive, clear instructions, very communicative. The place itself is modern, clean, has everything with all these upgraded details ie. chocolates on bed, brita water filter, heater in bathroom, outdoor space. Very walkable neighborhood - coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and park nearby, parking no problem. It was great for 2 adults in separate rooms, but it was equally an awesome spot for my family of 4 with 2 small kids as I did at Peter's other place in the next building over. Highly recommend, would definitely stay again and try his other properties too!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very clean and nicely decorated, had good quality appliances, very comfortable beds, and a nice layout. The location is exceptional. Walkable to good food and coffee, and an easy drive to downtown. Peter was friendly and responsive and gave good recommendations. We would absolutely stay here again!
