This stay was really great for our work trip. Located near a lot of good restaurants. We always felt safe. Host was kind and easy to talk to. Space was really great for what our needs were. It was quiet at night. We would definitely stay here again for another work trip.

This house is awesome! Very comfy and clean, with lots of different zones to hangout and do activities. It is in a great neighborhood with some cool bars and restaurants nearby, and despite being on a busy street the home is very peaceful. Perfect for a group of friends or families visiting Portland. We had a great time staying here and would definitely book again!

Peter’s place was great for our stay in PDX. Easy to park and extremely walkable with some of Portland’s best coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The place is very clean, has all the amenities, and Peter is very responsive. Highly recommend!

Peter’s apartment is great - walkable to Williams and Mississippi streets with tons of bars, restaurants and shops. The place was spotless and exactly as described. Peter was very responsive and had good recommendations (go to Eem!). All in all a great Airbnb!

This place exceeded our expectations for our group of 8 friends in town for the Portland 1/2 Marathon. The walkability to great food, coffee, and shops was unmatched. And Peter was incredibly helpful, kind & responsive. We’d 100% book again!

This house is beautiful! It has everything you need and want! The neighborhood is great for walking to restaurants, shops and a lovely park just a few blocks away. The top floor deck provided great views of the sunset as well as a full moon! We absolutely loved staying here!

Amazing home in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed eating dinner on the back deck. Being able to walk to the Starbucks and Whole Foods about 2 blocks away was incredibly convenient. Beautiful homes and greenery throughout the neighborhood. We ran every morning. The home is massive and gorgeous with 5 individual bedrooms and 3 full baths. Easy to stow your whole family or work colleagues easily.

Peter is an absolutely amazing host and the home was beautiful! Looked exactly like the pictures and as described. Would give 10 stars if I could. Plenty of space for my entire party, and everyone had a comfortable stay across all three floors! Planning to visit again and will 100% book with Peter again!

This property is just a super location and walkable to everything you could need in the Williams/Vancouver corridor. Otherwise, easy 5–10 minute drive to most things. Peter was very communicative and clear in communications and instructions, left nothing to chance. We would check out this or any of Peter’s other properties for availability next time in PDX.

Peters place was great as we needed a working space during our trip. Only thing to consider when booking is with the positioning of the buildings and this being a bottom floor unit- it makes it tricky to get a lot of natural sunlight in the unit even when it was very sunny out!
